With the development of the satellite communication technology, and the requirement of mobile satellite communication increasing, satellite communication based on the mobile carriers has become a hotspot in the fields of communication and control. The key technology——tracking and stabilizing control, is used in order to isolate the disturbance from thecarriers and maintain the antenna in alignment with a satellite, as well promise the communication quality.This paper is under the background of the research in satellite communication system based on the moving vehicles. The most attention is paid to the tracking and stabilizing technology.
